Note, it may take longer to apply for a visitor or business visa. We encourage you to register for NIAA WEST AFRICA EXPO, get your letter (visa letter of invitation request is part of the online NIAA WEST AFRICA EXPO registration process) and make your appointment for a visa interview with Nigeria embassy in your country as soon as possible

Visa Applicant Requirements

There are a number of items required of all visa applicants, including the following:

• Payment of a non-refundable application fee.
• Valid passport for travel to the Nigeria with a validity date at least six months beyond the applicant’s intended period of stay in the Nigeria. If more than one person is included in the passport, each person desiring a visa must make an application.
• Two photographs, two inches square (37×37 mm) for each applicant, showing full face, without head covering, against a light background.

Visa Letter Request

Due to Visa processing time required by the Nigeria embassy facilities, we recommend that individuals build in ample time before their planned travel date.

Attendees: You must first register to attend NIAA WEST AFRICA EXPO before a visa letter request can be processed.
